Awana is a Christian club for boys and girls from 3 years of age through high school. Awana meets on Wednesday evenings (August-May) from 6:25 to 8:00 PM. Awana is a varied, fast-paced program which includes uniforms, awards, devotions, games, and Bible memorization. It is an activity for not only our Calvary children, but their friends and the community. The goal of Awana is to help kids come to know, love and serve the Lord Jesus Christ. Highlights during the year include competition with other churches in AwanaGames and Bible Quizzing, and a variety of "special night" events determined by the individual age groups. Awana activities take place on Wednesday nights during the school year. Most Awana special events take place on Saturdays.
